Plans, Billing, and Your Subscription
Understand what each plan includes, manage your subscription and invoices, and know exactly what happens when a trial ends or a payment fails.
Use this when: Your trial is ending, your team has outgrown its plan limits, or you need to manage payment details, invoices, or the workspace itself.
Every plan includes every module, plans differ only by how many users and active projects they allow, and by support. New workspaces start on the free Starter plan (a Professional trial may be offered at signup), you manage everything from Settings → Billing, and no plan change ever deletes your data.
How the Plans Work
TaameerPro does not gate features. Whether you are on Starter or Enterprise, your team uses the same modules, projects, procurement, workforce, finance, quality, portals, and AI. What changes is capacity and support.
| Plan | Users | Active projects | Support |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter (free) | Up to 3 | Up to 2 | Community |
| Professional (PKR 14,900/month) | Up to 25 | Unlimited | Priority email |
| Enterprise (custom) | Unlimited | Unlimited | SLA + priority |
Start free, upgrade when ready
Registration creates a free Starter workspace, no credit card needed. Where a Professional trial is offered at signup, you get full access for a limited time before deciding.
Managing Your Subscription
- 1
Open Settings → Billing
Admins see the current plan, its limits, usage against those limits, and the plan comparison.
- 2
Choose a plan
Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Card payments go through a secure checkout; card details never touch TaameerPro's servers.
- 3
Download invoices
Past invoices are listed on the same page for your accounts team.
- 4
Need Enterprise?
Enterprise workspaces can be invoiced manually, contact the team to arrange pricing and onboarding.
When a Trial Ends or a Payment Fails
If a Professional trial is offered and ends without a subscription, the workspace moves to Starter automatically. If a subscription payment fails, a 7-day grace period gives you time to fix the card before the same downgrade happens.
A downgrade never deletes anything. Existing records all stay readable; the plan limits only stop you adding beyond them, a fourth user or a third active project on Starter, for example. Completing or archiving an old project frees an active-project slot.
Your data survives every plan change
Moving between plans, up, down, or back again, never removes projects, records, or files.
Deleting or Reactivating a Workspace
Owners can delete the workspace from settings. Deletion starts a 30-day grace period during which nothing is destroyed, a reactivation link can restore the whole workspace exactly as it was. After the grace period, the data is purged permanently.
