02What is included in a plan?
Every plan includes the core construction workflow listed on this page. Specialised modules such as RFIs, portals, inspections, client billing, advanced reporting and AI are monthly add-ons, and some plans include a few of them.
03Can I add add-ons to the free plan or during a trial?
Add-ons are purchased on top of an active paid plan. They cannot be bought on the free plan or during the trial, although some add-ons may be switched on for trials where the platform allows it — those are marked in the catalogue.
04What happens when a workspace reaches a plan limit?
Nothing is lost. TaameerPro asks you to upgrade before creating another record that would exceed the plan, and existing projects and history stay intact.
05What if a subscription payment fails?
A grace period gives you time to update the payment method. If it stays unresolved, the workspace moves to the free plan with its data preserved — including which team members can sign in, as the free plan allows fewer seats.
06Can Enterprise use manual invoicing?
Yes. Enterprise pricing can include manual invoicing, dedicated onboarding and a support arrangement matched to the rollout.
