How does the free trial work?+
Every new workspace can start with 14 days of full access. No credit card is required. When the trial ends, subscribe or continue on the free plan with your data preserved.
Are modules restricted on the free plan?+
No. Every module remains part of the product. Plans differ by user count, active project limits, onboarding, and support, not by feature gates.
What happens when the free plan reaches its limits?+
The workspace stays available. You will be prompted to upgrade before adding another user or active project beyond the limit, and existing records will not be deleted.
Can we change plans later?+
Yes. Your organization can move between plans as its team and active portfolio change. Project history stays in the same workspace.
What happens if a subscription payment fails?+
A grace period gives the organization time to resolve billing. If it remains unresolved, the workspace moves to the free plan while preserving its data.
Can Enterprise use manual invoicing?+
Yes. Enterprise pricing can include manual invoicing, dedicated onboarding, and a support arrangement that fits the rollout.
