Find your way around the workspace
Use the dashboard, menus, filters and help links to reach the right record.
Start with what needs attention
The Dashboard summarizes the information your workspace and permissions make available: project progress, spending, alerts and recent work. Treat each card as a starting point. Open its related page to check individual records, dates and filters before making a decision. A dashboard amount can represent recorded cost rather than money already paid. See Payments and Budgets.
Use the sidebar to move between project work, procurement, workforce, finance and administration. On a small screen, open the navigation menu first. Missing modules can reflect permissions or add-on availability; they are not necessarily a navigation fault. The current company and your session determine which workspace you are using.
Search, filter and open the record
List pages use search, filters, sorting and pagination. Start with a project or status filter, add a search term if needed, and open the matching row or detail action. Search and filters work together: a search can return no rows because an old filter is still active. Clear filters before concluding a record is missing.
Check the current page and page size when comparing counts. Some actions are in a row menu or detail panel rather than the main toolbar. Project details gather related stages, workforce and available collaboration modules in tabs; organization-wide pages combine records across projects. Do not assume a list exported from one filter represents the whole company.
Get help while doing the work
Use the documentation hint on supported pages for a short explanation, then follow its full-guide link. Search this guide by a task, familiar term or module name. English product terms are also included in Urdu search tags. Section links let you share a specific part of an article.
Choose your documentation language from the guide’s language control. The content and diagrams change together. If a workflow still fails after checking the guide, use Troubleshooting or Contact Support with the record number and the step that failed.
